Kara no Kyoukai

The main character, Ryougi Shiki, was involved in a car accident and fell into a deep coma for two years. When she finally awoke from it, she had gained the “Eyes of Death Perception” ability but believed to have lost something instead.

The Ryougi family attempted to create human beings that exceeded normal humans, and to accomplish this, they trained their children in various martial arts and fencing, and also made them split their personalities. They believed that by using this method, one personality could be an expert in one subject while the other could be master other subjects. Shiki was no exception to this, and she had a masculine and feminine side that switched places with each other.

After having woken up from the accident, Shiki believed that her masculine personality side had died during the accident. Instead she tried to supplement the spiritually dead Shiki`s personality by her masculine tone.

Blue Drop

Original story based on Yoshitomi Akihito`s Blue Drop manga.

In 1995, all 800 habitants of the isolated Kamikakushi Island vanished in one night, all but a single girl who lost her memory. The cause of the disappearances was never identified.

Four years later, that girl, Mari, transfers to a girl`s dormitory school, Kaihou Gakuen, leaving behind her grandmother who had been her guardian ever since the incident. There, she meets Hagino.

Hagino is the school idol and completes her student council responsibilities flawlessly. The moment she touches Mari’s hand, however, Hagino freaks out, straddling atop Mari, hands aroundher throat. Mari is afraid of and angry at Hagino, who pretends as if nothing had happened while in front of other students, but at the same time, somehow, she is attracted to Hagino too.

In reality, Hagino is actually an alien who was sent to Earth in order to reconnoiter prior to an invasion. The event on Kamikakushi Island occurred when the 200-member crew of a battleship, the Blue, whose captain was Hagino and the island`s inhabitants had killed each other. The Blue was seriously damaged and hidden. Hagino had since blended into human society and continued her reconnaissance.

Within her school life, while fighting with fellow students, Mari begins to come out of her shell. Hagino has been living a double life, but her encounter with Mari makes her face human beings, and gradually she begins to have doubts about her mission. While the invasion and war draws closer unnoticed, the girls begin to understand each other

Reality is a dream, the dreams of the night are real.

In the world of Utsushiyo (reality), the development of an electronic brain far far away and long ago allows two different worlds to overlap.

Within the last vestiges of Japan`s raw landscape, lies a small coastal town. In it live three middle school students: Komori Tarou, Ogami Makoto, and Nakajima Masayuki. Each holds within them a unique past that cannot be erased.

Once more, but by different causes, three people learn that by the extraction of one`s soul, the coming and going between Utsushiyo and Kakuriyo (hidden world) is possible. Amidst the boys` adventure in Kakuriyo, they come to understand where it is is connected to.

EF ~A Tale of Memories~

The story revolves around the protagonist Hirono Hiro, a poor high school boy who draws shoujo manga for his living. One cold Christmas night after meeting a very strange woman in a church, who tells him that he`s going to meet someone he has to meet, his bike gets stolen by another strange girl. He runs after her and finds her collapsed on the street. Her name is Miyamura Miyako and her bag got stolen by a man on a motorbike. Soon after, they start hanging out together, enjoying highschool life. Miyako falls for Hiro pretty quickly but naturally finds a rival in his childhood friend, Shindou Kei, who has been dictating Hiro`s life since ever.

The Pillows Discography

The Pillows (or the pillows) are a Japanese rock band, best known internationally for the soundtrack of the anime series FLCL.[1] During its long-running career, the group has released more than a dozen original studio albums, along with several EPs, singles and compilations. The Pillows are currently signed to the Avex Trax label.Contents
The Pillows were formed on September 16, 1989 by Sawao Yamanaka, Yoshiaki Manabe, Kenji Ueda and Shinichirou Sato in Hokkaidō. Bassist Kenji Ueda would leave three years later and was never officially replaced.[1]

Following Ueda's departure, the band recruited Tatsuya Kashima as the replacement on bass, but out of respect for Ueda, was only labeled as a guest musician on releases he performed on. He would stay in the band through 1999 and the release of Runners High, being replaced by Jun Suzuki who is still with the band today.

In 1999, The Pillows were approached by Gainax, an anime studio. Gainax licensed The Pillows' three previous albums for the soundtrack of their then latest anime FLCL. The Pillows also composed two new songs for the show, the singles "Ride on Shooting Star" and "I Think I Can".

Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan Season 2

Based on the light novel series written by Okayu Masaki and illustrated by Torishimo.

Dokuro-chan tells the story of Sakura Kusakabe, a second-year junior high school student who sometime in the future is going to offend God by inadvertently inventing immortality. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

In the distant future, people build their homes and raise domestic animals in subterranean caverns. As a result, they live in fear of the occasional earthquake and cave-in, and have been for hundreds of years. Jeeha is one such village.

One day, a boy named Simon happens to find a small, shiny drill whilst digging to expand the village. At the same time, Kamina, a guy who believes that there is another land above the village, persuades a gangster to break through the ceiling in order to leave the cavern. Suddenly, an earthquake occurs and the ceiling collapses, followed by a big robot breaking through the ceiling.

Kamina is now sure that there is a world above them. Recklessly, he begins to fight against the robot. At that moment, another person appears from the land above. It is a girl by the name of Yoko. With a rifle in hand, she had been tracking the robot. However, all she could do was distract it. Then, Simon shows what he had found to Kamina and Yoko. It`s a mysterious robot whose head is also its body.

Zero no Tsukaima 2

Based on a series of light novels written by Yamaguchi Noboru and illustrated by Usatsuka Eiji.

Hiraga Saito, just your average high-schooler, had just picked up his laptop from getting repaired, as a portal of some kind opened in front of him. Saito`s curiosity getting the better of him, he touched it and was sucked through. At first, Saito had no idea where he was, and was thoroughly disoriented. By accident he was summoned to another world by Louise Françoise le Blanc de la Vallière, nicknamed "Zero Louise", a magician in training whose only ability was it to blow things up.

It turned out that she was in the process of summoning a familar when he appeared instead. In this world where only the nobility is able to use magic and everybody else belongs to the common folk, it was unheard before that a commoner became a familar to a noble. They had to obey the rules though and Saito became Louise`s familar while searching for a way back to his own world.

As Saito became accustomed to his new surroundings, he found out that in this world he had the powers of a Gandalfr, being able to use any weapon at will, while Louise had the power of void, the legendary lost fifth element. Together they helped Princess Henrietta of Tristania to fight off the invading Albion forces which came at a great cost.

When a human is marked to die, a faint gray line that is invisible to most appears around their neck. As time passes, that ring becomes darker and darker, until it is eventually black, and that person dies. Kita Michiru has an unusual gift, she posses "Shinigami eyes," which allow her to see these rings. When Michiru notices that two of the boys in her Class, Akatsuki Chika and Tachibana Shito not only have rings, but that they`re jet black, they reveal to her that the were supposed to die in a tragic accident six months ago. With the help of the Zombie Loan loan office, they were given a second chance at life, should they be able to pay for their debt by doing the work of Shinigami and killing malicious zombies. A shy and unconfident teenager has become very accepting at only stealing glances at a cute girl as they ride the same trolley each morning on their way to their high school. At least until Saionji Sekai surprises Itou Makoto and chances to get a peek at a photo-snap of the beautiful Katsura on his cell-phone. After evilly teasing Mokoto about his forlorn crush, Sekai offers to support him in his romance. So after many Makoto-pep-talks and lots of scheming, the three become close friends. Close enough that Makoto braves asking Katsura out on date. And she agrees. Later that day, Makoto finds a quiet moment express his thanks for all support that Sekai has offered him, and makes clear his intent on finding away to reply her kindness. But he is totally unprepared and very surprised at the reward that Sekai has chosen. Sekai steals a long kiss from his lips, before breaking away to run for the trolly. Sekai turns and wishes Makoto well on his date.

Mushiuta

In Japan`s near future, grotesque monsters called “Mushi” appear. They infect people, giving them supernatural powers. “Mushitsuki”, the hosts of the Mushi, are held in fear, loathed, and abandoned by society… or they are killed by the Mushi.

In the midst of this, high school student Kusuriya Daisuke encounters a girl on his way to the school he has just transferred to.

Somehow, he and the girl, Anmoto Shiika, standing there at the railroad crossing, find themselves attracted to each other. As if recognizing that which is missing from within themselves in the other, their relationship deepens rapidly.

However, Shiika is a fugitive from GARDEN, a secret asylum for Mushitsuki. Tokkan, or the Special Environment Preservation Agency, which is responsible for finding Mushitsuki and confining them in the asylum, orders Kakko, their top agent and strongest Mushitsuki, to hunt down Shiika.

There are also people who fight against Tokkan. The resistance, Mushibane, seeks out those Mushitsuki who have been ostracized by society. Their female leader, Lady Bird, orders the resistance members to save Shiika before Tokkan finds her.

The fights between Mushitsuki and Mushitsuki over Shiika disrupts everyday life. In these fights which surpasses one’s imagination, young people lose their lives in vain.

However, the Mushitsuki have a fate that they cannot escape from. The Mushi eventually eats the host’s dreams instead of giving him or her supernatural powers, killing the host.

Kenkou Zenrakei Suieibu Umisho

Based on the shounen manga by Hattori Mitsuru, serialised in Weekly Shounen Magazine.

Kaname Okimura, a student of Prefectoral Umineko Shougyou High ("Umisho" for short), joined the school`s swimming club in order to learn how to swim, but the club is filled with weirdos, let alone teach him swimming. Then, a sunny, happy-go-lucky girl named Amuro Ninagawa who was transferred from Okinawa joined the club. Her extraordinary underwater speed and unorthodox swimming style (plus her personal habit of nude swimming -- a powerful magnet to teenage boys) surprised every club member, especially Okimura, because she reminds him a mermaid-like creature he saw only once in his early childhood.

Ayakashi
