Eiken

Zasshono Academy is a very large private school with a total of 54'000 students from elementary level, to junior high and high school. May (also known as: Mei, メイ, 메이) is a Korean singer, well known in South Korea for singing the song "Miracle".

May was born on May 6, 1982 in Seoul, South Korea. She started her music career in South Korea in late 2005 singing "Miracle", a well known song in South Korea. Within a month she was chosen by Avex's Show Case Live because she was able to speak Japanese. By early 2006 she was signed to Avex Trax in Japan, and had a contract to publish her first EP "Wonderland" with CJ Music in South Korea, which charted at #23 in the Korean top 200 and sold 743 copies within the first week. Within 3 months, May released her second EP "Smile" with a different publisher, Doremi Media in South Korea, and it charted at #27 and sold 695 copies in the first week. By 2007, May had released her first Japanese Album "a Little Happiness" which charted at #77 on Oricon.

HAL Discography

Hal is a group of Japanese producers that started to work in 2000. They have worked with several Japanese pop and rock stars and also have won two Japan Record Awards for their musical arrangements for singer Ayumi Hamasaki (with "Free & Easy" in 2002 and "No way to say" in 2003).

They habitually write their name as HΛL, replacing the Latin "A" with the Greek "Λ" or Lambda.

Hal went from music arrangers into a music band and then back to music arrangers, arranging songs for many Japanese artists. Toshiharu Umezaki (sometimes written as Toshiyasu Umezaki) is known as the main member and leader of the band, which had gone through some deformations in their structure.

GO!GO!7188 (Go Go Nana Ichi Hachi Hachi), also known simply as Gogo, is a Japanese rock band with influences spanning from surf rock to punk rock to enka. speena Discography

speena was a two-person (previously three-person) group on the avex trax label. They debuted in 2000 with the single “Calm Soul,” and have released a total of five albums since then, their latest being “Ninnananna” in January 2007. In mid-2005, speena’s drummer Shouko left the group to persue her own projects; the group then consisted of vocalist Kanako and guitarist Shiho.

In June of 2007, Kanako and Shiho announced that they would be “transforming” into Yvonne Sisters. The speena name will no longer be used.

KOKIA Discography

Kokia (コキア?) is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Tokyo. She is known mostly for her performances in video game and anime soundtracks; having appeared in eight different game/anime soundtracks to date. Kokia is also known for her vocal range, and ability to hold long-tone opera notes, having done so for 29 seconds during a television appearance. She is most well-known in Hong Kong and Taiwan for her song "Arigatou...", which achieved commercial success, and was covered by star Sammi Cheng. Her biggest hit in Japan is the single "The Power of Smile / Remember the Kiss", which reached number 15 on the Oricon charts. She studied opera at the Toho Gakuen School of Music.

Aqua Timez Discography

Aqua Timez is a Japanese pop band signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
The band formed in 2000 after two of the original members met on the internet and discovered that they attended the same university. At their formation with all their current members in 2003, the band's name was Aqua Times, the correct spelling of their current name. No major releases came from the band during this period. The band renamed themselves to Aqua Timez in 2005. Their first release under this name was Sora Ippai ni Kanaderu Inori, a mini-album which charted well on the Oricon.

In 2006, the group would go on to release Nanairo no Rankugaki, their second mini-album with seven songs. [1] The song, Sen no Yoru wo Koete (千の夜をこえて; Passing Over a Thousand Nights?), entered the Oricon singles chart at number 5 and would go on to sell over 100,000 copies.

Monoral Discography

MONORAL is a rock duo from Japan consisting of vocalist Anis Shimada and bassist Ali Morizumi. They released their first indie mini-album, in stereo, in 2001 and a second one, ammonite, in 2004. In July 2005, they released their first full-length album, Petrol, and, in November of the same year, made their major debut with the single VISIONS IN MY HEAD under Hyde’s HAUNTED RECORDS (Ki/oon Sony Japan) label. Their second single, Tuesday, was released in May of 2007, followed by their second album, Turbulence, in July.

Anis, is half Japanese and half Moroccan and, in addition to speaking English and Japanese, speaks French and Arabic, which can be heard on Sugizo’s C:LEAR album and Fantastic Plastic Machine’s zoo. Ali is half Japanese and half American and is also fluent in English as well as Japanese. Anis has also sung for Belt and worked on the English translations for Hyde’s 666 album, on which you can hear Anis’ voice in the song titled Masquerade.

Megas XLR

In the future, humanity has been beset by a horde of alien invaders. Kiva, a human soldier, has captured an alien mecha, the Megas (Mechanized Earth Guard Attack System), and remodeled it, planning to send it back in time three years to a pivotal battle so that the humans can win the war. Her plan goes awry when the Megas is fired upon in transit, rocketing it at random through time. She pursues it, as does the alien mothership.

Curtain up on present day. A slob in New Jersey has discovered the Megas in a pile of garbage. Kiva, having caught up to him, is dismayed to learn that it has been remodeled, its head replaced by a classic muscle car, its controls integrated with video game controllers, making her new (and unfortunate) ally, Coop, the only one capable of piloting the Megas. She must now find a way to repair the Megas' time controller and return to the future, as well as dealing with the various challenges inherent in co-owning the Earth's most destructive piece of hardware... especially since Coop insists that it is HIS robot, and seems to be somewhat judgmentally impaired.
